Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms
Payment will be required before the Service is provided.
All quotes, invoices and / or Services that has a cost price of R1,000 or more will require a 50% deposit of the total amount due. This excludes any marketing Services such as SEO. Once the website is complete, the remaining 50% will be due. The client may then send through final changes to the website. Changes will only be done after the full amount has been paid.
The Company has the right to suspend any account that has missed the due date stated on the invoice. Any Service may be terminated if the client has not paid the outstanding amount in the timeframe indicated on the invoice, or if any client using this Service in a manner that would cause harm or loss to us or other users.

Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its employees be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. Including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and / or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms.

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time, You will be notified via email if any of the changed Terms and / or Conditions will effect you.
